The National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Bishop Francis Wale-Oke, on Friday, stated that a young Nigerian is coming to lead the country out of its challenges.
The cleric made this claim while speaking at the 12th Edition of the Independent Newspapers Ltd. Thanksgiving Service in Lagos.
Wale-Oke called on leaders in political positions to stay away from greed, adding that the days of old generations in government are numbered.
He said, “God is working to raise a competent President of Nigeria among younger Nigerians to digitalize the nation’s economy for the common good.
“The days of social-economic challenges are numbered with the exit of older generations in governance and the advent of younger and pragmatic ones into the leadership circuit.”
This is coming at a time top politicians in the country have declared their intention to contest in the 2023 general elections.
