Imo Chief ‘Resurrects’ After 24 Hours In Mortuary

A Chief in Amiri Village, in Oru-East Local Government Area of Imo State, Ifeanyi Ekeukwu, has reportedly resurrected 24 hours after he was certified dead and placed in the mortuary.

Ekeukwu, better known as Anyiego na Amiri, died on Friday, January 15, and woke up on Saturday, January 16, 2021.

Bibian Anekwe News gathered that indigenes of Amiri Village were in a celebratory mood after the philanthropist reportedly came alive.

Meanwhile, the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, says anybody with the COVID-19 virus that enters the Iwo community will be automatically healed.

The controversial monarch made this known speaking in a ceremony to mark his fifth anniversary on the throne on Saturday.

Oba Akanbi also prayed the COVID-19 pandemic should come to an end, urging Nigerians to adhere to all safety protocols by National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

He said, “God has bestowed power on kings to legislate on his behalf on earth and I want to thank God that he has been supporting me since I became the king of this ancient town. Within the five years of my reign, the community has witnessed a series of development. My subjects are living happily and healthy. We did not have any issue of Coronavirus. Anybody with COVID-19 that enters Iwo will be automatically healed.
