It is no longer news that Governor Ugwuanyi have over 6yrs in the saddle now turned Enugu state to a city of peace and violence free economy where peace flows like an ocean of harmony. It is in the realization that the absence of peace is anathema to economic development and growth and that no genuine progress, unity, oneness and togetherness can endure in the absence of peace. Governor Ugwuanyi truly embodies peace in it’s finest form.
Alhaji Friday Nnaji, a northern based wealthy farmer and an indigene of Enugu State from Mbu Isi-Uzo local government area have lent his own voice to what many have termed a peace project initiative of Gov. Ifeanyichukwu Ugwuanyi’s administration.
Governor Ugwuanyi can best be described as a colossus in consensus building, national integration and force to reckon with when it comes to pursuing motives and strategies that engender harmony and security of lives and properties of the citizens. Instructively, he manages to pull through in all fronts in spite of the global economic downturn.
The judicious use of limited resources of Enugu state and maximum utilization of human resources in productive ventures are also another of the essential factors that induced economic development in many sectors of the state economy.
