His Excellency, Rt, Hon Dr Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s strength is in advancing and supporting nationally owned political solutions and processes that promote stability and peace in the long term of governance. His peacekeeping approach and operations mediate and facilitate peace agreements and help to maintain political stability and dialogue between conflict parties that have not yet agreed on a durable peace agreement. Over six 6years ago, the Ugwuanyi’s administration has invested heavily on security, rural infrastructure and peacekeeping, this has evolved to meet the demands of different conflicts and a challenging political landscape.
The six solid years of Ugwuanyi’s administration in good governance, security of lives and properties of the people of Enugu state and peacekeeping, have successfully completed a landmark missions of uniting all the state political actors into one big political family. Including the opposition parties in Enugu have adopted this governor’s peace mantra with a no choice conditions for maintaining a peace presence cease exist, operations sometimes transition to becoming special political achievements of his administration efforts in keeping the live of our people in safe hands. Political constraints can prevent leaders from following sound technical advice, even when some leaders have the best of intentions. Gov Ugwuanyi, focuses on two forces – citizen engagement and transparency – that hold the key to solving government failures by shaping how political markets function.
