The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress Caretaker and Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, Mai Mala Buni, and other members of NEC are currently in an emergency meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Others are participating in the meeting virtually.
Recall that the ruling party in November scheduled the meeting, to review its position and deliberate on the forthcoming Convention.
President Muhammadu Buhari is also present in the emergency meeting at Also Rock.
Others involved in the meeting include, the Senate President, Senator Ahmad Lawan, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.
