Barely 24 hours after it was reported that President of the United States, Donald Trump and his wife, Melania, tested positive for Coronavirus, the Republican National Committee Chairperson, Ms Ronna McDaniel, has also tested positive for the same.
Bibian Anekwe News learnt that Ms McDaniel who now recovering from her home in Michigan, was confirmed positive for the novel virus since Wednesday noon, but was announced to the public domain on Friday (today), October 2.
Confirming the development, the spokesperson of the party, Steve Guest said “After a member of her family tested positive for COVID-19, the chairwoman was tested for the virus.”
“On Wednesday afternoon, she got confirmation she was COVID-19 positive.
