A good and skilful leader must be strategic in planning, with uncommon grace of thinking ahead of times, conspicuously known to be outsmarting events that inevitably pose as leadership challenges to his or her laydown positive policies that enpowers same to strive admirably to better the lives of the masses.
What is leadership when the environment is not conducive ?
What is communication when interest is lost ?
What is democracy when freedom of speech is dastardly restricted ?
Gburugburu understands it and has so far worked in tandem with the required principles to sustain the status quo.
“Enugu State is in the hands of God”, is a slogan that portrays the mindset and believe system of our governor as a true believer.

Our thoughts manifest in our actions and the names, slogans, we adopt in our desire to add value and improve in the leadership principles, that lubricate the confidence of the masses, is a mirror of what’s happening in our minds at every point in time. Ugwuanyi is a man with a large heart and it’s good the masses don’t take this fact for granted.
A man who willingly sacrificed the most dreaded prestigious political barricade associated with governorship positions to ensure that the opinion of the lowest person in the state is heard and possibly attended to; visiting every site, projects, masses, to feel the pulse of common man and possibly empowers them as necessary, indeed is a legend.
Majority of the masses in Enugu States, have had a handshake with their governor and youths involvement in politics is greatly enhanced by this humble gestutre of His Excellency, Ugwuanyi.
What a grass root leader we have in his excellency Ugwuanyi, a man with a large heart; always ensuring that workers under his watch, receives their rewards against the global pandemic challenges.
The strength of any base element, is confirmed through several refining processes and it’s either the element looses it’s initial properties to become a pure gold or it does same to become a lesser element or disappears entirely during same refining processes.
The leadership of Gburugburu has passed through several challenges, but, it’s obvious that it keeps glittering towards becoming a higher admirable pure gold.
The capacity of a smart leader, is most times confirmed through the type of person he or she decides to handover the mantle of leadership after a successful tenure. Give us peace in our environment and other things shall be added unto it; Gburugburu has done wonders in that regard and his usual body language is still pointing to the obvious direction- peace.
The former governor of Enugu State,Barr Sullivan Chime, made an irrevocable choice to settle for Gburugburu as his predecessor and so far, the pasture is still green and our grassroot mobiliser, Ugwuanyi is in same family of peaceful continuity.
RT Hon Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyu upon successful swearing-in ceremony, dabled into the political trouble waters of our elites in Enugu state, fixing broken political bridges, making consultations, stitching the obvious leaking political umbrellas by uniting Enugu state elites across board.
Political and related crises in Enugu, was “free-for- all” before the arrival of Gburugburu and as a peaceful man, he saw it as a challenge,went into actions and results become inevitables. These things are on record !
Gburugburu is a powerful leader ! He makes friends with his enemies for the benefit of his people and a person with such a selfless leadership style, obviously deserves a cheering accolades.
Good leadership is a relative term and taking peaceful atmosphere and amiable relationship between the masses, for granted, is out of place. Gburugburu saw it, worked on it and achieved it; it’s a talent and only courageous leaders with Lion’s heart, see peace as a first factor in conflict resolutions.
2023 is very sacrosanct as we expect the sustainance of the usual peace that have been planted by Gburugburu in Enugu state, to continue without any noticeable hitch.
His Excellency can not do alone without the support of the masses; all hands must be on deck to decide in support of our able governor on who takes the mantle of leadership in Enugu state, come 2023, to keep enjoying the relative peace associated with Gburugburu’s administration.
Who is not involved in this Gburugburu’s peaceful agenda ?
Religious organizations,NGO’s, Pressure groups etc, are not left out in Gburugburu’s conspicuous effort to ensure that Enugu state is continuously secured in the hands of God.
“Ebeano family for Gburugburu” , is another recent slogan that made many people of Enugu state to think that Gburugburu has a political magic wand that ensures speedy turnaround of seemingly impossible tasks in leadership world.
It’s highly recommendeable and history can not forget these facts in a hurry.
Its needless to mention names, families, organizations,agencies, pressure groups etc, who have been empowered in one way or the other, wiping away their long accumulated financial related tears.
Gburugburu jisieke n’oru, onye oru nwere ugwo; if not now, then later. Peace is paramount in every space and God has really empowered you to execell in that regard. Weldone, nwoke oma !
May God empower you for more fruitful leadership and the wisdom to decide and possibly support a humble, intelligent, sociable leader that will unequivocally sustain your good legacies and ensure that our dear Enugu State is not pushed out in the hands of God.
