His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Executive Governor of Enugu State has never left anyone in doubt about his preparedness for leadership. Those enamored by good leadership traits of Mr. Fulfillment are sharply divided on whether his sterling performance could be traceable to his parental upbringing or he’s imbued by natural leadership qualities found among the classical quintessential leaders which is now being flamed in the 21st century via the likes of Ugwuanyi. Analysts have posited that government exists to serve the people and to enhance their welfare via robust socio-political and economic policies. Perhaps what is observable with most 21st century leaders is the penchant to use political power for personal agrandisement, ego tripping and sundry hubris. Rather than initiate and implement policies geared towards economic emancipation of the led, the reverse has been the case.
In comparison, Gburu-Gburu of Enugu State unarguably would seem to have outshined most of his contemporaries. Ugwuanyi has remained both courageous and resolute to incubate a society where its vast citizens would no longer be beggers of bread and fish. Rather than form ignoble queues to solicit for pot of porridge, they are resolutely encouraged to understand how to make the porridge and fend for themselves. Governor Ugwuanyi through his many empowerment initiatives in Enugu State seems to be driving home the message of self contentment as well as self capacitorial growth.
The Enugu State SME Centre under the watch of an energetic and most affable young man, Hon. Chilo Offiah and who is sure footed to upscale the objectives of Ugwuanyi’s administration in job creation and empowerment went into partnership with a comprehensive Automotive company(Autoease Services). The aim of the partnership is largely to enable youths of Enugu state with hands on training skills in Auto Refurbishment. It is expected that after the training program, trainees will be gainfully employed with automotive companies. Among other heart warming objectives of the Training Project is to promote a culture of diligence, dedication and commitment to work amongst youths in the state in addition to engaging the potentials, capacity and innovative abilities of the vast youths of the state.
It is pertinent to understand that under the launched Training Project by Enugu SME centre, potential trainees are expected to undergo 32-week intensive program that will cover core skills set in auto refurbishment such as;

An awesomely offer of the training project is the FOC angle. What manner of government in the 21st century will offer much to its people and yet demand less. In a move aimed at boosting the morale of the prospective beneficiaries of the inimitable project, the administration of Ugwuanyi went a step further to declare the training at zero cost as well as free interest training loan to the trainees for the stretch of the 32 weeks.
