The ever visionary Chief Executive Officer of Enugu State, Rt Hon. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi is moving with the tide again. A man not to be outdone in matters of developmental governance has nominated nine eminent women on behalf of the Enugu State Government to join their colleagues from all over the globe to attend a high powered conference on women leadership and training happening live at the capital city of Kigali, Rwanda. The following eminent women on the bill of the Enugu State Government are now in Rwanda:

7. Hon.Mrs. Blessing Egodi Igwe
8., Hon. Mrs.Amaka Nweke
9. Hon. Mrs.Onyinye Joy Mamah.
We thank his Excellency Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and his wife for this nomination and opportunity to serve.
We will partner with world leaders and implement our knowledge to spice up the good leadership of Gov Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and Nigeria at large. Women have been identified as better national builders than their male counterparts. Women are the change makers. The change in Rwanda from darkness to brightness will move Nigeria forward.
Enugu state women delegates are here in Kigali Rwanda to rub minds with other women from different countries. We want to learn from Rwandans , adopt their way of governance and for further implemention in Nigeria.
We are the agent of change, we will change all the impossiblities and bring solutions to the betterment of our Nation Nigeria.

LEADING THE CONCEPT OF RWANDA’S 4RI TRANSFORMING AFRICA INTO A GLOBAL POWERHOUSE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE AFRICA CONTINENTAL FREE TRADE AREA ( ACFTA).
Meanwhile, five states were selected in Nigeria for this women leadership training.. Enugu state is the only state representing South East Nigeria.. we thank Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for this opportunity.
