The Executive governor of Enugu state/Chairman Southeast governor’s Forum, and leader of the PDP, Southeast zone. His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (GburuGburu) Dunu 1 of Orba, was today commissioned a community road project, built by Chief Dr. Nnamdi Vitalis Ozonweke (Andy Young) for his people, in a wide efforts to appreciating the good governance and rural urbanization drives of the Ifeanyi Ugwuany’s Administration in rural development.
Recall, that Gov. Ugwuanyi, has developed an economic template for rural development, which gears towards creating more rural cities in the three Senatorial zones of the state, since inception into power in 2015. His Excellency, the governor, started with his administration’s passion for creating more rural cities, in the state, with the massive access roads in 9thmile bypass, a well designed projects that connects most communities in Udi and partly Ezeagu people, with a genuine purpose for the decongestant traffic in the area.
Gov. Ugwuanyi’s rural development is a watershed that has positively traversed every nooks and crannies of the 90% of Enugu rural roads. Hence, Chief Dr. Nnamdi Vitalis Ozonweke ( Andy Young) community’s road project, solely executed by him and members of his family, for his people, in a bid to appreciates and further encouraged the governor, for his untiring efforts to create a satellite towns, in most forgotten communities in Enugu, since her creation in 1991.
Furthermore, the excitement seen on the governor, to have performed the commissioning and unveiling this road project, built by Ozonweke, subject to his administration’s vision for rural expansion, was a positive impact of the private sector’s partnership with the economic development of the entire state.
However, it is undoubtedly, that the administration of Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has sincerely accommodated the private sector individuals, thereby creating an enabling environment for their economic improvement and the GDP growth of their subsidiaries of business conglomerates, within the state. This became necessary due to the enhancing government economic programmes and policies for the people.
Meanwhile, this particular road project, executed by (Andy Young and family) to commemorates the state efforts on rural access road and community urbanization, the Ugwuanyi’s administration has ushered in for the state and her people, became so unique in the life of those residing that area, and such would create an economic viability for the community. “Thus” should be encouraged by all well meaning of the state citizenry, and should equally serves as a good recommendation for more proactive private sector individuals, to continue to key into the government agenda for the creation of more habitable environments for the state, especially the rural dwellers.
Enugu state is in the hands of God.
