The seventeen local government council chairmen in Enugu State went back to their respective councils from the renowned Okpara Square with enthusiasm and jubilation as the governor in his characteristic style surprised them with contemporary agricultural implements to boost agriculture and food production in the state.
The hand tractors known as Farm Utility Vehicles (FUV) which were handed over to the chairmen through Enugu State Ministry of Agriculture are thirty-four in number so that each local government area receivese two have been fully paid for and would provide employment opportunities for 34 people who would operate the vehicles.
RT.Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has once again proven that he is a many parts that is hardly distracted by unnecessary hullabaloo and remains focused in delivering democracy dividends at the doorstep of his people.
