GOVERNOR UGWUANYI A LEADER WORTHY TO BE EMULATED

Is no more news that Governor Ifeanyichukwu Ugwuanyi of Enugu state is a symbol and epitome of peace. What is even more newsworthy is that his love for peace has become infectious to all.

Even uptil now many people still argue that Nwa David Ugwuanyi is too calm, quiet and gentle, not all but because he understand the rules of engagement, at the risk of coming across so many obstacles he has ensured that he build bridges of brotherhood across the various political divides in the state.

His pursue for peace and tranquillity differentiate his administration and that of his predecessor, as well as the opposition. His Excellency has traded a lot for peace, than who can accused or criticised him. Peace is a price and a sacrifice, you cannot buy or have it without at least, someone somewhere making a blunt sacrifice and laying it all done for the good of the Commonwealth.

Governor Ifeanyichukwu Ugwuanyi has been able to unite the people of Enugu state round the common need to develop the entire state through rural access roads, revamping the decadent infrastructure and providing relief to the poor, more especially to the rural dwellers. In doing so, he has not relent in discharging his legal duties diligently, he further more to extract an unwritten words that only thing which can divides us should be nothing than political ideology rather than the hitherto to usual brigandage over who share the spoils and who goes home hungry.

In order to ensure equity, peace, tranquillity and mostly dividend of democracy in rural areas where there is no positive impact of government presence for over decades, Governor Ifeanyichukwu Ugwuanyi see it as a priority, taking development to them, inform of Our Own Project in regard to his re-election for the second term in office.

Communities were asked for a projects they considered to be more crucial to them which the administration of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi provided the fund for the projects to see the light of the day, whatever it was, be it schools, town hall, access roads network, health care centres, rural electrification, skills acquisition centres, or rehabilitation of decapitated infrastructure.
Thus Governor Ugwuanyi embarked on a smart community drive, taking the government to those who lost hope and faith in government intervention in their life time.

Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi further pacify the youth community of Enugu state, allocated over 80% of people democracy party (PDP) tickets in February 29th council elections in the state to youths, beside other political appointments in his cabinet, in fulfillment of his promise which accompanied with his inaugural speech where he affirm that it is youth clock in the state, in line with the advocacy for not too young too run.

This insinuation have motivated, encouraged and give more confidence in the state administration, earned the government more trust, catalysed a community based responsible for share in governance, taking more young men and women of the streets and to restore their reputation and ambition which will ensured a representative mode of administration and above all help the government to put down his good legacy as a man of peace.

As it stand at the moment, when the nation is almost rid of her peace by a myriad of factors which can guarantee an almost certain division and chaos, men like Ifeanyichukwu Ugwuanyi who have strong inclination and passion for peace and how to restore it back home and fuse it with administration are the rare Nigeria needs come 2023.
