Having proven his mettle in nurturing the fruits of political leadership in both the country and in Enugu State, the good people of EZEAGU Local Government Council wish to respectfully congratulate Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for being courageous, strong and disciplined enough; being the super lion among the lions; paddling the canoe of Enugu State and beyond and not deterred by the daring challenges inherent in delivering on your promises especially as this time of global socio-economic mishaps.
The people of Ezeagu under my leadership wish to celebrate with you on this august occasion and for securing one of the most economically viable states in Nigeria; trending as one of the most peaceful states in Nigeria despite the intimidating security challenges right round the globe.
So, as Nigeria celebrates sixty years of independence, we are happy to celebrate you for earning a high level of independence for the former capital of the Eastern Region, Enugu State.
