Leadership is what happens when the interest of the less privileged is cared for more than that of the rich or the affluent in society. Jesus Christ said that he didn’t come for the righteous (because they are saved already) rather for the sinners. Having taking a careful study on Gov Ugwuanyi’s led administration, it would not be bad (at all) if one opiniates that Gburugburu came majorly for the sons and daughters of nobodies, the poor and the youths, at large.
Enugu State Governnment is one of (if not the only) state where about 80 percent of the Senior Special Assistants (SSA) to the governor, Special Assistants (SA) to the Governor and Technical Assistants (TA) are youths. Permit me not to mention names but the records are there. And majority of these highly appointed persons are those whose parents’ names don’t ring bell at all.( taking the less privileged people from grass to grace)
Majority of these Governor Ugwuanyi’s wonderful appointees are/were still highly led undergraduates in their various institutions of higher learning before Governor Ugwuanyi’s hands of grace touched and lifted them up.
Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s “Youth O’clock movement” did not start now. Are you from Enugu? Have you seen the current chairman of your local government before? If no, please do pay him a courtesy visit, you will notice that he is a youth. Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi made sure that about 85 percent of LGA chairmen are all youths, majorly as vibrant as Hon Ifeanyi Paschal Agu of Udi LGA, Hon Chukwudi Ani of Ezeagu LGA, Hon Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo of Awgu LGA, Hon.Peter.Andy.Omeje of Igboeze South LGA, Late Patrick Omeje of Nsukka LGA e.t.c. 82 percent of our state Assembly members are youths.

Levis Uche Abonyi’s cute sense of dressing, you might insult him without knowing he was the one you came to see. Barr. Levis Uche Abonyi does not look like his counterparts in other states. Kindly take your time to verify this. Levis is very brilliant, vibrant and ever motivated young barrister.
When you read about the good deeds of Hon. Ifeanyi Paschal Agu, without seeing his picture, you might be forced to liken him to one old man with gray hairs as signs of wisdom. Hon Ifeanyi Agu, the executive Chairman of Udi Local government area of Enugu State is a very vibrant youth discovered by His Excellency, Rt Hon Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi. Sometimes, I wonder where our Governor do pick these young technocrats from.
One of the things Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has acculturated and inculcated in the youths of Enugu State is that you must not break laws and order to make it in life. Governor Ugwuanyi led administration has continued to promote excellence as opposed to mediocrity by establishing a society where every individual can compete favorably, and win together. For Governor Ugwuanyi, everybody wins, especially, the poor and the lowly in the state.
I could remember the day Gburugburu Students Support Group (GSSG), where I worked as a coordinator, visited the peace loving Governor at the Lions Building (Enugu Government House), Governor Ifeanyi on seeing the shining faces of the happy students who came to show him support and solidarity said, “my administrations has been youth-friendly since we came to office, we shall widen our scope on youth inclusiveness in governance of Enugu.the time is Youth O’clock”. Governor Ugwuanyi( MR FULFILMENT) has over delivered on this youth inclusiveness in governance promise.
History shall remember this day that Rt Hon Ifeanyichukwu Lawrence Ugwuanyi is leader governor who thinks and practices the maxim: “sons and daughters of nobodies can be somebodies without having to know someone who knows anybody that knows somebody”
