Philip Freeman, is a short anthology that provides a small sample of Cicero’s ideas that proves the uses and abuses of power have changed little. For those who will listen, ‘Freeman writes, “Cicero still has important lessons to teach. Among these are:

There are universal laws that govern the conduct of human affairs. Many Nigerian leaders would never have thought of this concept of natural law in terms used later by Christians, but His Excellency, governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi firmly believed that divine rules independent of time and place guarantee fundamental freedom to everyone and constrain the way in which governments should behave.

As Nigeria founding fathers, careful noted about the future of the unity of Nigerians as written in the declaration of our independence; “we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all citizens are created and must be treated with equal rights, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. To this, governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu state has clearly demonstrated capacity, resilience and deep sense of respect to upholding the law that all citizens under his watch be treated equal with every privilege thereto.

Therefore, the best form of his administration’s approach to government and people to embraces a balance of power. Even the most noble kings will become tyrants if their reign is unchecked, just as democracy will degrade into mob rule if there are no constraints on popular power. Governor Ugwuanyi have understood that a just government must be founded on a system of checks and balances. Beware the leader who set aside constitutional rules claiming the need for expediency or security. A case study of the current situation of Nigeria under the leadership of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the need Nigerians must unite to elect Ugwuanyi as the country’s next political leader.

Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s exceptional character and integrity. Those who would govern a country must possess great courage, ability, and resolve. True leaders always put the interest of their nation above their own. As governor Ugwuanyi’s leadership crescendo in governing Enugu state, has given rise for him to take charge the cause of steering a ship of this country, especially when the storm winds begin to blow out of proportion, Nigerians need him to restore, restructure and reshape our political, economical, religious and national life. If the captain is not able to hold a steady course, the voyage will end in disaster for all. We must therefore reunite to elect this great Pan-Nigerian to rescue the country for a better all inclusive administration.

His Excellency, Rt. Hon Dr Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the executive governor of Enugu state, has already closed ranks in friendship by extending a workable handshake across the Niger. Leaders fail when they take their friends and allies for granted. Governor Ugwuanyi never neglect his supporters, but even takes them more important, and have always make sure he knows what his enemies are doing. He is never afraid to reach out to those who oppose his administration, he shuns pride and pay deaf attention to stubbornness that are luxuries to him, which he couldn’t afford to allowing distract his administration.

Governor Ugwuanyi’s intelligence is not a dirty word. Those who govern a country should be the best and the brightest of the land in human relations. If leaders don’t have a thorough knowledge of what they are talking about, their speeches will be a silly prattle of empty words and their actions will be dangerously misguided. To this approach, the current leadership of the APC has devastately destroyed the content of our national heritage. Hence a call for Nigerians to never make a mistake for not considering the choice of Ugwuanyi as the next leadership this country would be very proud of.

His Excellency’s uncommon compromise as one of his administration’s top virtue in getting things easily done. I consciously writes that in politics, it is irresponsible to take an unwavering stand when circumstances are always evolving. There are times to stand one’s ground, but consistent refusing to yield is a sign of weakness, not strength. Governor Ugwuanyi has consistently remain strong, firm and calmly even in the midst of attacks and provocations from his detractors. He persevered and dutifully triumphed.

In Enugu state where governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi hold the ace, he never raises high taxes of revenue – unless there is absolutely the need to have. Therefore, creating an environmental friendly and policy framework for businesses to thrives under the micro medium enterprises. This is exactly what the Nigerian people want, this is the most prayers of the Nigerian host of business men and women who are into the private sector organizations. Since every country needs revenue in order to function, but the governor’s economic policy declares that a primary purpose of a government is to assure that individuals keep what belongs to them.

Not to redistribute wealth. On the other hand, he condemns the concentration of such wealth into the hands of the few and asserts that it is the duty of a country to provide fundamental services and security to its citizens. Corruption destroys a nation; greed, bribery, and fraud devour a country from the inside, leaving it weak and vulnerable. Corruption is not merely a moral evil, but a practical menace that leaves citizens at best disheartened, at worst seething with anger and ripe for revolution. Ugwuanyi, if elected as President, has propelled a blueprint in tackling corruption headlong to bring sanity to our system, which will give rise to Nigeria’s new lease of life. There is no doubt that the Enugu governor have clearly mustered must capacity, credibility and competence to fix this country as President, because he has truly prepared for leadership.

Electing Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as the next Nigerian leader from the Southeast, is a clarion call for everyone to fulfill this destiny. Truly, our country must be great again. Let jointly work together for this rescue mission.

Bibian Anekwe news added; “Leadership is surrounding yourself with good people who has ability, judgement, and knowledge, but above all a passion for service”.
