Governor Ugwuanyi has through his peaceful nature changed the political narrative of ENUGU STATE which characterise in tigbuo; zogbuo to Igwebuike which is a collective personhood found in the culture of Onye Aghala Nwanne Ya. His political philosophy has given hope to the oppressed and his magnanimous disposition brought hope to the hopeless and the youths whose destiny and future are on a steady trial. He restore hope of good governance through Rural-Urban renewal. He touched life in all facests of human endeavours and digitalize critical economy of the State through science and technology.

Your administration is building a socio-economic foundation found in the political culture of peace as a result of your remarkable experience, examplified by dedication, strong commitment and enthusiasm has brought you to this wonderful political popularity in Nigeria and the global world.
Your Excellency sir, you have distinguished yourself as the most dynamic, patriotic, progressive, inclusive, cohesive and respected politician amongst all in Nigeria because of your humility and your political tolerance which have brought massive development in the state in all sectors of our economy. You have through social integration unify all political forces in the state. You are the amazon of modern Nigeria, a cheerful giver both to the poor and the rich and your large and accommodated heart is second to none among the politicians of our contemporary.
