Positive change ensures a conducive environment where people will be free to go about their normal businesses and achieve their potentials in life. Embracing positive change in this part of the world is often difficult especially to the people who benefit from old and wrong ways of doing things.
Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi came in as the governor of Enugu state and helped to engender the long needed change which cuts across every facet of life, such as Education, Health and other institutions. He came in with new and good attitudes to handling things thereby introducing new attitude in the art and science of governance. This has brought about transparency and accountability in the day to day running of government. Gburugburu, The Peoples’ Governor ensured that finances of the state are judiciously utilized to impact the lives of Ndi Enugu positively.
With the positive change mantra of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi ( The White Lion ) every public/ civil servant is left with no other option but be responsible, transparent and accountable in all his/her dealings. The non challant attitudes in the civil service is now a thing of the past, this was achieved following the room created by the Governor, which is awareness creation and periodic training of civil servants on civil service conduct.
