In the Igbo cosmology, masquerade do not just come out new and bear a name; it must go out for event and perform to enable it get a suitable name for its performance. Even the Bible made us to understand that “it’s not by power, nor by might, but only by the spirit of the most high God”.
Life is but a page, which we read on a daily basis only to find out new and extraordinary things everyday. Praises does not really mean such a person has done the best, but an encouragement to perform even better in the next phase and to bring out the best of the person who have performed so wonderfully to do even more.
Governor Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi of Enugu state has performed wonderfully well even to get the attention of Nigerians in diaspora.
Simply put, and in a layman language, Nigerians living in Turkey conferred on Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, an award of Excellence, as the Most Peaceful Governor Of The Year, 2021. This came in different categories as even Turkish leaders joined the Nigerian counterparts, to Honor the working Governor of Enugu state.
The Nigerian Community Living in Turkey;
Turkish Political Leaders;
Nigerian/Turkish businessmen; and Africans living in Turkey handed in seven folds(7), an award of excellence to the executive government of Enugu state, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as the Most Peaceful Governor in 2021.
These awards were received on behalf of the Governor by his political Aide, Hon. (Mrs.) Bibian Aniekwe, DG, Enugu Di N’aka Chukwu political movement, SSA to the governor on Media and Mobilization, who represented the amiable governor in Europe for the award presentation.
It is important to note that the Humble White Lion, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has performed greatly taking Enugu state to her higher level both politically and otherwise. As a matter of point, Ugwuanyi is the Mandela of the Easterners.
Even when virtually everything about Nigeria is going in tatters and our political leaders gathering more criticism than praise, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi is no doubt receiving more of encouraging praises just like his first day in office. It is obviously clear that the political colossus is endowed with a heart of godliness, kindness and enthusiasm to lead others.
This however, is one reason Enugu state political leaders, Zamfra women, Enugu indigenous people living in Benue, Enugu state in diaspora continues to beg the workaholic leader to have a compassionate consideration, on the race for presidency in 2023 as almost all Nigerians wants Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi to come rescue them in 2023.
It is not really clear if Ugwuanyi wants to run in 2023, but it is categorically clear that Nigerians are tired of failed governance and wants an upright leader who still have the fear of god in him to lead them to the promise land.
Even as the Humble White Lion receives more awards, Nigeria and Africa at large will be grateful to God if he finally decides to take the country out of political mess.
It is an absolute solidarity to a leader with a kind heart, who puts his people before him.
