THE PROPOSED ENUGU STATE GOVERNOR AND DEPUTY GOVERNOR’S PENSION BILL; EXECUTIVE OR PRIVATE. ~A panacea And Imperative For The Sustainance Of Good Governance

All the frenzied drama of criticism against the legislature is dead on arrival because the real Ndi-Enugu State for whom the Governor and Deputy Governor pension bill seeks their welfare,is beginning to ask too many questions.

And who are the real Ndi-Enugu State indegienes? The real Enugu State people,as opposed to the fake ones who can afford to live their entire life abroad. Who equally stand the chance to afford all the luxury which life can offer.

The real Ndi-Enugu State are those who wear anguish on their faces like tribal marks, who toil in the sun or in the rains with kids strapped on their backs to eke-out a living.

The real Ndi-Enugu State, from the look of things must be the ones who live in the rural areas.

Talking about the said Bill before the State House of Assembly, the critics have failed to look at the intentions of the bill for it’s altruistic motives. To the numerous discerning Ndi-Enugu,it is a futuristic bill for the good of the real Enugu State indegienes.

For one,it is a motivational step in the right direction through which the people can reciprocate the good efforts exerted by the Governor and Deputy, during their period of service to the state.

It also should be in appreciation for accountability, honesty, good Leadership, diligent and excellent service delivery to the people by the Governor and the Deputy Governor.

Another vital reason why this bill have become imperative to go ahead and be passed into law is that, by the time it becomes a law, there will no longer be any incentive for any elected Governor and Deputy Governor in Enugu State to take to personal aggrandizement, people with good moral and academic pedigree can then easily ascend into Leadership positions knowing fully that his welfare is adequately covered for the rest of his life. And so, the only thing that is left,is to pursue the interest of the Enugu State people and execute them head on.

If passed into law, the act will morally criminalize any usual habit as well as the urge to go outside the shores of Nigeria to go and acquire houses with diverted public funds.

Think about this Bill again!
Then think about the real Ndi-Enugu State indegienes and the fake ones.

It is difficult to know or decipher which ones on whose behalf the critics of the Bill stands for.

Is it the fake Ndi-Enugu State who in any case are fake and therefore is not the real Enugu State indegene. Or is it the Government which has the constitutional duty to think of all the citizens (real indegienes of Enugu State) and care for them, including the Governor and Deputy Governor in the best way they should?

These blistering attacks on the Governor and the Assembly Man sponsoring the said Bill is totally misdirected as well as uncalled for,if it is purported to be on behalf of the people of Enugu State.

The proponents of this violent criticisms are not real. They cannot be said to be patriotic enough to be their brothers’ keepers.

These fake Ndi-Enugu State indegienes must be the urban elite who is hellbent on placing obstacles on the good intentions of genuine people oriented leaders who find their way into Leadership, to stop them from pursuing wholeheartedly, the interests of the real Ndi-Enugu State. Such as provision of public utilities without embezzlement, building of capital projects like roads, bridges, airports, Good and equipped Hospitals, industries etc. Without thinking of diverting the funds meant for these, for personal use after serving out their tenure.

The fake Enugu State indegienes is the urban elite. They are arrogant, self-conceited and aggressive.

They are always on the move making a living and making a killing. They are in commerce and industry. They are in government and in politics!

But whether in public or private sector, they have a common denominator: the pursuit of the best things of this world. They are always in good company, all of them are conspirators against the real Ndi-Enugu State.

Those sponsoring these hasty and blistering attacks against the Bill are Landlords in the USA, Dubai and United kingdom with proceeds from our common wealth. They want to subtly continue oppressing the real Ndi-Enugu State through a proxy and confusionist methodology.

They have no time to stand and stare, or to spare for the common man (the real Ndi-Enugu State).

As far as this bill is concerned, the real Ndi-Enugu State should not be worried. The real Enugu State Man should not give his or her time into criticism against this Bill.

Never you be deceived by the fake Ndi-Enugu who is constantly evolving subtilities to get close enough and seize power and then unleash their capabilities of apocalyptic dimensions of wickedness on our collective future.

The fake Enugu State indegiene (elite) may imagine themselves the happiest at the illusional hope that with this Bill before the house of Assembly, they will use it as a decoy to strike the long awaited right cords with the people and leverage on it for some cheap popularity.

But they are quite oblivious of the fact that the real Ndi-Enugu State indegienes only deserve and desires good governance, assurance of a bright and beautiful future through provisions of basic infrastructures and absence of corruption in governance which is what this Bill seeks to address.
