Nothing goes for nothing goes a common saying, so , the preeminence and nobility surrounding and defining Governor IFEANYI Ugwuanyi’s aura and peregrination must be foregrounded on a concrete base for him to have attained this level of reverence and tribute among his people. Certainly, the political creeds guiding the efficiency of his team of specialists must be anchored on rock for them to be able to maintain this stability.
Consequently, naturally spilling over from the preceding foreclosed background is the opportunity for a gradual but steady seeping through the four corners of our reasoning as participatory audience and spectators of this spectacular political enactment of the hero of the moment; His Excellency, Rt. Hon.Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi; the Executive Governor of Enugu State, hence the ascension of his political gospel; forming the nexus of this brief network of syntactic constructions.
If we can all tesify to the reality of knowing a tree through its fruits, then we will not need to dig deeper to uncover how deeply rooted our governor can be when the issue of belief in the supremacy of the Almighty God in the affairs of the universe is brought into focus which must have informed his quick decision to firmly entrust Enugu State in the Hands of God; relentlessly seeking for His Face and constantly requesting for divine direction and Providence as he bulldozes through the forest of political adventure. Today, the testament of his leadership is a testimony to the presence of the Supreme Being in his reign as he moves with his family, friends and the entirety of his political family from strength to strength.
Another concept thickening the firmness of Gburu Gburu’s novelty is his inborn benevolence. Anyone with an established affinity with ODOZI OBODO would confidently and conveniently own to the fact that GIVING has always been his trademark throughout all his pursuit in life especially now that more are provided for his management and administration for the general welfare of all. Gburu Gburu has proven in many occasions and circumstances that he admires the resounding connotation of the adage which stipulates that to whom much is given, much is expected and today even those outside his party affiliations and structures can bear witness to the uncommon magnanimity of Governor IFEANYI Lawrence Ugwuanyi whose generosity knows no boundaries, tribe, class, race or colour.
In addition, Mr. Fulfillment as he is fondly called obviously appreciates the opportunities inherent in respecting not just the interests of the people but their feelings. I still insist that Gburu Gburu is that leader who thinks along with the people and never for them, if not he wouldn’t be succeeding where others are failing; if not, Gburu Gburu would not have been able to accommodate interests chosen at random and still deliver. For the deference he reserves for the good people of Emene, Nike, Governor Ugwuanyi ensured that several access roads are constructed right across their town: for the dignity of the poor students and the less-privileged , he created scholarship and bursary schemes for both the poor students and the less privileged respectively. For the unadulterated loyalty Gburu Gburu banks for the people of Uzo-Uwani, he improved their security and boosted infrastructural development in their place. I know the list goes on but what I understand is that Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi must be holding every citizen of Enugu State in awe when he decided to execute at least one project in every community in Enugu State.
As I step closer to the conclusion of this strings of sentences I begin to doubt whether Governor IFEANYI UGWUANYI would have achieved this much if he falls short of a character exuding with love so unconditional but many evidence keep rushing my mind to fine-tune the reality that he has come this far because he crowned all his principles with the sort of love that motivates one to form and moblilize formidable security apparatus for the good people of Enugu during and after any form of aggression or insurrection and today,Enugu State is undoubtedly one of the most peaceful states in Nigeria.
If not for a special kind of love, would any governor agree to pay the “13th month salary” for the state workers, pay pensioners and still be one of the first to pay the recommended minimum wage?
As I peeped more,I learnt that the nature of Gburu Gburu’s affection for his people is also responsible for his insistence on improving the standard of education in Enugu State through massive execution of developmental strides across all levels of education and it is that same love that pushed him empower youths and women through skills acquisition programs and political appointments and ensure that farmers are moblilized to achieve all-year-round farming season in Enugu State.
Is it not such version of love that inspired our amiable governor to leave no stone unturned in ensuring that Enugu State remains the the investment capital of the old Eastern Region. Honestly, in spite of the scarcity of such love amidst the political gladiators walking the corridors of power today, such love must be LOVE indeed which inevitably remains integral to the sustenance of Governor IFEANYI Ugwuanyi’s continued victory and success in his political essay which is still running.
